In the U.S alone, there are 7,218 magazines available for purchase. The fastest growing magazine genre in the United States is “Special Interest”. Instagram is the fastest growing social network in terms of likes and followers according to ACSmediakit.

NewStatesman is a British current affairs magazine published weekly in London. The magazine is famous for its satirical analysis, and is one of the most famous magazines in the world in general. It was founded in 1913 by Sidney Webb and Beatrice Webb. Sidney was a Fabian Socialist and Beatrice was his partner. The magazine was originally a socialist forum, independent from anything else and was mostly a place to have serious, intelligent discussion about politics.
